It is hard to believe that it is the day before Christmas Eve. I have been so busy with all the last minute activities and have had no time to post.
I apologize for not giving you the answers to my last Christmas trivia questions.... they are: 1) What was the shape of the candy cane modeled after? Shepards Crook 2) Which star led the Three Kings to Jesus? Star of Bethlehem 3) When you go Wassailing, what is it that you are doing? Going to visit neighbors & receiving goodies 4) What was pictured on the first stamp printed for the Christmas season? A Rose 5) What was the poem commonly known as "The Night Before Christmas" was originally titled? A visit from St. Nicholas
I have a card in progress but will not have it completed until after Christmas.
Just a reminder to everyone about the holiday blog candy that I am giving away. I have not figured out how to keep it posted at the top of my blog yet so I hope you will check it out and sign up.
I want to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas - Many have their own beliefs but for me - Christ is the Reason for the Season. God gave us at Christmas time the most precious gift we could ever get, a Savior. From King James, this is part of the story of Jesus' birth:
Luke 2:8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. Luke 2:9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. Luke 2:10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. Luke 2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. Luke 2:13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Luke 2:14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

I am fortunate to live in the beautiful northwest portion of Oregon with my loving husband of 32 years and our three furry family members. I am a grandma to 4 wonderful
children. I am semi-retired and looking for a work at home job. My love of crafts
has been a life long adventure. I do not remember a day that did not go by, without my mom crafting something. I love paper crafting (totally
addicted to paper) and beading. I Praise God for all His many blessings.
All of the cards and other craft items on my blog are for your inspiration. You can copy any of them for your own personal use but please do not submit them for entry to any magazines, books, competitions or for resell. Thanks.
