Cherry Kisses & Christmas Trivia #2

Happy Thursday.

Even though the temps have come back to the normal 40-50 degrees we are used to, it has been really raining big time. I sure cannot complain, it is much better than all the snow that others are struggling with.

Christmas Trivia... I hope you had fun trying to figure out the answers to yesterdays questions... so here are the answers:
1) Which country created eggnog? ENGLAND
2) Christmas Ridge is located in what underwater mountain range? PACIFIC OCEAN
3) How much did it cost to send a Christmas card within the same city early in the Victorian era? NOTHING
4) This state was the last to declare Christmas a legal holiday? OKLAHOMA
5) What carol demands figgy pudding? WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS

Today's Christmas Trivia Questions #2 are:

3) Which of these was one of the three wise men? Gaspar, Gideon or Malcolm?

Now for today's card. I love this image and had to make another card with her... she is just too cute. This time I paired her up with some Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses DP - I love this paper, which went perfect with the embellishments and layout. Nothing special to explain so here you go.

Glad you stopped by to check it out, I would love for you to leave me a comment.

Cherry Kisses Christmas

Another day and here we are. My head has been swimming with all the things that I need to get done, so I wrote them all down. Now I am checking them off, my goal is to see how many I can get done today... wish my luck - LOL.

Today, I am using this adorable image from Tales from Pollycraft. When I saw her, I thought of pink and blue... I used some embellishments that are covered with shimmery glitter. I also made my charm out of a blue heart shaped bead. I put some flocking powder (Martha Stewart) under the snowball to add a more snowy effect.

Let me know what you think?

Bronson Star

A warm 'hello' to all on this wonderful day and hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.

Today officially kicks off the Christmas season - even though it has been in the stores these past two months. Now to bring out the decorations - that will be interesting for we have two new cats, they are 7 months old and very active. I need to figure out 'what' decorations to put up that they will not get into - if that is possible - LOL!!

Today I have for you a Christmas card using an adorable digi image from Tales from Pollycraft. I just love this bear.. the star has glitter so it shines, I used white iridescent paint for the snow and snowflakes, white flocking powder on the hat and mitten. The background paper has wonderful shiny red details so I made shiny accents with punches. The same with the inside.... this picture does not do the card justice.

Supplies:
CS - DCWV
DP - K & Company
Image - Bronson Star Gazing 'digi stamp' from Tales from Pollycraft
Punches - EK Success
Others - Ribbons, button, gems, flocking powder, paint, glitter glue & Prismacolor markers

Have a wonderful day.
